How it works

• Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number
• Tell us what you have and what you'd rather have
• We ship the replacement as soon as we get your original back
• Prepaid return label included on all US exchanges

Price differences

Exchanging for something pricier? We'll send a payment link for the difference. Exchanging down? We refund the difference to your original payment method.

Timing

Exchanges typically complete in 7–10 business days end to end. If you're on a deadline — a birthday, a bachelor party, a passive aggressive family dinner — tell us and we'll prioritize it.

Conditions

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• One exchange per item
• Final-sale and custom orders aren't eligible
• International exchanges: you cover return postage
