Return & Refund Policy

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed shirt in its original condition for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

• Email us with your order number (starts with ST-)
• Tell us which items you're sending back
• We'll email a prepaid label within one business day
• Drop it off — tracking updates come to you automatically

When you get your money

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take another few days to show it, which is between you and them.

What we cover

• Return shipping is free for US orders
• Original shipping charges are refunded only on defective items
• International returns: you cover return postage

What we can't take back

• Shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned after 30 days
• Custom or bulk-order designs
• Final-sale clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)

Defective or wrong item

If we sent the wrong shirt, or the print is flawed, just send a photo. We'll ship a replacement right away and you don't need to return the original. Keep it, use it as a rag, whatever feels right.
