Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every shirt is printed to order. Allow 1–2 business days for printing before your package ships. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves us.

US shipping rates

• Standard (3–7 business days) — $5.95, free on orders over $50
• Expedited (2–3 business days) — $12.95
• Overnight (next business day) — $24.95, order by 11am ET

International shipping

• Canada & Mexico — 7–14 business days, from $14.95
• Europe & UK — 10–18 business days, from $19.95
• Rest of world — 14–21 business days, from $24.95

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking

Tracking goes live within 24 hours of shipment. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll open a carrier investigation.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 14 days. We'll file a claim and, in most cases, send a replacement.

Address accuracy

Double-check your address at checkout. We can update it before the label prints, but once a package ships to a wrong address, we can't recover it and a replacement will be at your cost.
